The Region
So far - and yet so close: Through the Gibraltar Strait, Morocco is only a stone's throw away from Europe, and still the
country offers everything you would expect from Arabian Nights: quaint towns with mosques and busy bazaars, exotic
fragrances and delicacies… but also some deserts, which even camels would not like to get lost in.
Also in the small village of Tamraght you'll see Berbers riding around on their camels and donkeys, or selling artisan craftwork on
the markets and in small shops. In the hinterland you'll find beautiful valleys, waterfalls and oases, while the coastal strip not only
offers great surfing experiences but also various opportunities for diving, bike trips and even hiking in the nearby range of hills.
How to get there
Agadir Airport (AGA), 30km (20 miles) distance, Ryanair (e.g. from London) and others,
transfer from/to the airport organised by enDo surf (45min by car).
Marrakesh (RAK), Ryanair (e.g. from London and Bristol) and others, approx. 3-4 hours by coach.
