Malika Surf Camp

The Malika Surf Camp is your good choice in Senegal:  located at the beach of Yoff you can enjoy kilometres and kilometres of

sandy beach! Close to Dakar and to the world class waves of the Almadies peninsula, Modou will bring you to the perfect spot for

your surf level. Beginners can enjoy Yoff waves and learn to surf with the Surf School program. At the surfhouse Aziz and Marta

will do their best to make your stay nice for an unforgettable holiday! 

The Surf Camp

"La Maison des Surfeurs" is the vision of a surfcamp in Senegal: you live with Marta and Aziz, the surfers family who owns the surf camp

as a perfect mix between local culture and European facilities. The surf camp offers double rooms with single bed and common toilets

as well as double rooms with double bed and private toilets, the kitchen, the living room , the chill area on terrace and the patio.

The beds have mosquito nets and the toilets hot water for shower. Guests can also use internet connection for free and have

laundry service. 

The Surf

Senegal's geography allows you to enjoy swells from the North, the North-West and from the South. You can always find a wave to surf

on one side or on the other one. Each spot takes just 10 minutes by car to reach the other. The best period for expert surfers is

between December and June, while all the year is perfect to learn to surf and improve your abilities.

PRICE FOR THE SURF SCHOOL: 15 Euro per person.

The Region

The surf camp is located in the region of Dakar, in Yoff.  Yoff is a huge beach in the North coast of Senegal with white sand and

the sea just at the doorstep. It takes only 20 minutes to go to Dakar downtown and only 10 minutes to be in the Almadies peninsula,

where the most famous waves are: Vivier, Secret, Club Med, No Return... Also you can visit Yoff village where fishermen live and you

can see when they arrive from fishing to the beach. Close to the camp you have banks, pharmacies, supermarket, taxi station. Some nice

restaurants and bars are just on the road! 

How to get there

From the airport take the main road to Yoff plage BCEAO. By plane to Dakar, where you get picked up. 

Languages

You should speak French, English, Spanish, Italian or Wolof for good conversation.
