Like last year the Swiss surfers come together to qualify not only for the Swiss Surfing Team, but also to participate in international events. But unlike last year there is a new location for the event: Zarautz, in the Basque Country of northern Spain.

In 2009 the Swiss Championships took place in Vieux Boucau (France). With the courage to take risks and with and competion oriented surfing Roland Hauser prevailed. With powerful turns Céline Gehret was able to win the women's competition. 

From September 15th we will see who's able to wow the jury of the Swiss Surfing Championships 2010 in Zarautz.
